My Naked Coconut Hydrating Body Lotion is a natural dream for the skin and senses. The scent is reminiscent of a freshly poured glass of young coconut milk due to the natural scent of the extra virgin and toasted coconut oils in the product. No fragrances or colors added. Great for normal to dry skin. A rich, smooth texture with nourishing ingredients such as grapeseed oil and coconut oil that hydrate for hours!

Hero ingredients:
* Organic Fair Trade Coconut Oil: The hero! Fair-trade and Organic, this ingredient provides protection to the skin, antioxidants, and fatty acids that soften.
* Organic Cold-pressed Grapeseed Oil: Light, softening, and full of anti-oxidants.
* Unrefined Cocoa Butter: Filled with polyphenols, phytosterols, and Vitamin E.
* MCT Oil: light, softening, and moisturizing without being greasy.
* Glycerin: An excellent humectant that draws water to the skin.
How to use body lotions
Patch test for allergies based on the recommendations found on the American Acadamy of Dermatology website. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use and contact your doctor. Do not apply to irritated or compromised scalp or skin, such as over a wound.
For best results, apply to damp skin. This helps trap water in the skin, as body lotions form layers of protection that trap water and prevent trans-epidermal water loss (water that evaporates from the skin). Damp skin also allows for a smoother application with less product required which saves you money!
Storage
Body lotions are emulsified which dramatically decreases the chance of the product melting, however, direct sunlight coming through a window and hot cars in summer are still forces to be reckoned with. For the best results, store in an area that does not reach above 75 FÂ (25 C) and is safe from direct sunlight.

My products are handmade with ingredients carefully chosen for their efficacy & origin, including the treatment of the animals, the planet, and the people involved. I buy fair-trade and organic when possible. Over 80% of the materials I use to store ingredients and formulate products are reused, including packaging and shipping materials to reduce buying new materials. I offer refill options on most products that require packaging and also formulate some products that do not require packaging. If you are in the area, you can also avoid the use of shipping materials and costs by picking up your order in person. I use many QR codes that link to information online to reduce the amount of material used to make a label, reducing the total paper products used per year. 90% of paper products are made of recycled materials.

* These are handmade items including labels and info cards, so each one is unique to the other and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. These aspects will not affect the quality of the product.
* Every item is priced by weight and not volume. The size may vary slightly, but all are priced based on the same weight measurements.
* The consistency of this product can change due to being a product with high amounts of naturally-derived ingredients, but the concentration of the formula is the same.
